I’m a 450-hour accredited trauma-informed Breathwork facilitator and mindfulness-based yoga instructor, specializing in Conscious Connected Breathwork. My work blends science-based nervous system education with the art of holding space for deep, restorative inner work.

Breathwork is more than a technique — it’s a way of tuning into your body’s innate wisdom. My sessions combine gentle guidance, evidence-based methods, and a grounded presence so you feel supported from the first inhale to the final exhale. Whether we meet in nature, a studio, or online, my goal is the same: to help you leave feeling lighter, more resilient, and deeply connected to yourself.

  • Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher

  • Training in nervous system regulation, somatic practices, and addiction recovery support
